Shipping policy

  • All orders are processed in the order received. Production typically takes 10–12 working days, with delivery estimated at 10–21 business days depending on order complexity and shipping method.

  • Bulk order discounts apply for orders of 30 items or more.

  • Shipping costs vary by region and shipping speed. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders.

  • DBYA Enterprises does not accept custom design files or provide design services for customers without artwork.

  • Quality control is performed at multiple stages to ensure product precision and durability.
