Refund policy

• Returns are accepted only for new, unworn items in their original packaging.


• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must include all original tags and accessories.


• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect due to our error.


• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by DBYA Enterprises.


• Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon inspection and approval of the returned item.


• Items not meeting return criteria (worn, washed, missing packaging/tags) will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
